Trolle and Alva visited NRK’s local radio station in Kristiansand today and talked about the musical “Trolle”. It is only two days to the premiere and for Alexander it is a bit scary and at the same time really looking forward to the day his most cherished project has its premiere. We wish him and his crew all the luck.
At the end of the interview Ingeborg and Alexander sings the song “Baby it’s Cold Outside”
The interview was published by radio NRKSørlandet and can be listened to HERE

A short glimpse from the concert, posted on FB by the Culture School.
At the annual Culture School Concert on Friday, Alexander Rybak himself showed up with his violin. According to the Culture School, it was Rybak himself who took the initiative to play together with the students at Knuden (The Knot), the culture school in Kristiansand.
When Alexander Rybak toured with “Fairytale”, he began writing the story about Trolle. Ten years later he is ready to create magic on the musical stage. When Kilden opens its doors to the premier in November, it will be a sensual and visual party with spectacular costumes and big scenography.
Melody Grand Prix and “Fairytale” were fun. But at the same time, I was working on something else, something completely different, something that could be about us all. About bullying, about not fitting in. About magical places and mysterious creatures that one can choose to believe in or not. But most of all about friendship.
In the Norwegian TV-show “Allsang på grensenAlexander Rybak performed his legendary “Fairytale”, and “Stjernen vår”, from his upcoming musical “Trolle”, in a duet with Ingeborg Walther. Ingeborg will play the role of “Alva” in the musical.

At the theatre “Oslo Nye” plays the musical “Fiddler on the Roof” for full houses. It has done so for a long time now and will continue up until mid-June. It was about time to have a chat with the stars who held the lead roles.
We sat down in the middle of the stage at the strange, empty auditorium. What does the success feel like, and how is it to stand on this stage everyday in front of a new expecting audience? Dennis Storhøi plays the lead role of Tevye and Alexander Rybak plays the fiddler on the roof. Continue reading Interview with Alexander and Dennis Storhøi in “In-Magasinet” 2007→
COMING BACK: Elisabeth Andreassen, Didrik Solli-Tangen and Alexander Rybak are coming back to Klubben this year. This is from the show last year.

Sandefjord has no chance
Christne Koth takes care of the humour, while Rybak, Bettan and Didrik take care of the rest. Oseberg promises the best summer show ever, and the Lattergal is hiding in the wings.
– Hotel Klubben already has the summer show menu prepared. We welcome back the BAD gang, meaning Bettan (Elisabeth Andreassen), Alexander Rybak and Didrik Solli-Tangen. And last but not least, we present a newly written musical performance for children. Alexander Rybak is the main character on the stage, and he is also involved in writing the screenplay and music. We are really looking forward to this. The kids love Alexander, and we think it is important to offer quality also in a children’s show,- the hotel manager says.
