Last summer Alexander took part in recording of one of the Marija Šerifovic’s new songs. The song is called “Gorka hrabrost” and it is included in her new album “Hrabro”. Alexander accompanies Marija with violin. Two days ago this album was released. Below you’ll find the lyrics both in Serbian and English.

Alexander Rybak is a guest on Marija Šerifović’s album
Norwegian singer, Alexander Rybak, stayed in Belgrade the last few days, regarding a collaboration with Marija Šerifović. This 27-year-old violinist and singer, who won the Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow in 2009, recorded a song with the Serbian singer which will be released on her studio album. Even though everyone expected the ex-Eurovision winners to cross voices, Rybak will only perform as a violinist.

Marija Šerifović posted a status on a social network a couple of minutes ago that she’s recording a duet with the Norwegian star and winner of Eurovision 2009, Alexander Rybak. Underneath the photo that she posted she says: “Officially, Alexander Rybak is the first guest on the album”. According to information we received later, this excellent musician wrote the music for the song on the upcoming album of this singer.

The pop star is working hard these days on a new project called “Ispovest“ (Confession), which should be released by the end of the year. Alexander, winner of Eurovision 2009, is participating in a remarkable collaboration with our singer and it’s not surprising that she chose him specifically for a duet.
