V yunosti bol’ zabyvaetsya skoro,
Slyozy smahnuv, ty smeyosh’sya opyat’.
Vremya projdyot, i vsegda lish’ takoyu
Budu tebya vspominat’.
Schast’e korotkoe Bog nam otmeril,
Nepostoyanna lyudskaya dusha,
Ya ved’ ne zrya v etu skazku ne veril,
Slishkom ona horosha.
Kak ty krasiva segodnya,
Net v moyom serdce ni boli, ni zla,
Kak ty krasiva segodnya,
Kak ty segodnya svetla.
Mozhet byt’ vremya kogo-to i lechit,
Tol’ko mne pomow’ ego ne nuzhna,
Ty vozvrawajsya, a ya kazhdyj vecher
Budu tebya vspominat’.
Kak ty krasiva segodnya,
Net v moyom serdce ni boli, ni zla,
Kak ty krasiva segodnya,
Kak ty segodnya svetla.
Kak ty krasiva segodnya,
Net v moyom serdce ni boli, ni zla,
Kak ty krasiva segodnya,
Kak ty segodnya svetla.

“How beautiful you are today”
In youth the pain is forgotten soon
Having wiped the tears you laugh again.
Time will pass, and always only like that
I will remember you.
God measured a short happiness for us,
Human soul is impermanent,
Not for nothing I didn’t believe in this fairytale,
It is too good.
How beautiful you are today
There is nor pain, neither evil in my heart
How beautiful you are today
How clear you are today.
May be time is a remedy for someone
But I don’t need it’s help,
Come back, every night
I will remember you.
How beautiful you are today
There is nor pain, neither evil in my heart
How beautiful you are today
How clear you are today.
How beautiful you are today
There is nor pain, neither evil in my heart
How beautiful you are today
How clear you are today.
<3 Russian variant 🙂
What song is this?
This is the Russian analoque of “5000 letters”;) Or better to say this is the original song, written by K. Meladze. Alex liked it so much that he wrote English text to the music of this song:) But he sings it in Russian as well and the Russian CD contains it both in Russian and English variants.
