This Sunday, March 17th, at 19.30 direct from TV3 – is the fourth largest-scale musical project “Battle of Choirs” show. In the project six choirs remain – one of them will meet their fate this Sunday. Most of this Sunday’s interest will be on – “Battle of Choirs” guest – the 2009’s Eurovision winner, Alexander Rybak arrives especially from Norway for the TV3 project.

Alexander Rybak gracefully took to the stage on February 23rd, coming way across the pond to make his Canadian debut, performing an exclusive one-time concert in Toronto’s Centre for the Arts in North York. North American Eurovision Song Contest and Rybak fans had a chance to come out of hiding, and out of hiding they certainly came, including a duo who flew in from Texas for the Norwegian violinist. By the side of the Melodifestivalen semifinal in Skellefteå a concert was held on Sunday in connection with the 50 year anniversary of the Skellefteå music school. For some time 160 students from Skellefteå, Umeå and Lycksele have been learning the repertoire at their home towns to meet on Saturday to rehearse together. Also in place on Saturday and the Sunday concert was the one who had been in the focus for the selection of songs, nobody less than Alexander Rybak.
