This happened after Alexander Rybak’s dramatic Facebook message.

After Alexander Rybak posted a message on his Facebook and Twitter profile saying he had got a nervous breakdown and that he hit himself to he started bleeding.
-Dear friends, please stop. Don’t send any messages to me or Kjell Arild right now, I’m deep down. Yesterday I got a nervous breakdown and started hitting the wall till my hands started bleeding. The big guys are after me while you demand the whole world from me. But believe me, everything will go well, Alexander wrote.
On questions from the host Stål Talsnes in “Friday” if he met the wall ahead of the message, the artist says:
– I meet the wall every day, and then I break the wall and I move on. But it was a little irrational by me, because there were too many phone calls and messages from everywhere, while I was in a difficult time. And I knew that if I wrote it on Facebook, everyone would get the message : “stop bothering me” says Rybak in the talk show.
His message worked well.
-It actually worked. There wasn’t a single soul who dared to send me a message the next three weeks, but instead it was many who started sending messages to mum and my neighbor, says Rybak.
– I regret it a bit, you shouldn’t share everything in public, says the artist.
