YOU RAISE ME UP

( Music: Rolf Løvland. Lyrics: Brendan Graham)

Lyrics as they are sung by Johnny Logan in this performance

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up’ To more than I can be.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up’ To more than I can be.

There is no life ‘ no life without the hunger;
Each beaten heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder,
Sometimes, it feels I glimpse eternity.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up’ To more than I can be.

You raise me up’ To more than I can be.

I decided a long time ago that I’ll never fall in love again
But then you appeared, my kitten-kitten-kitten-kitten
I was independent, but now it’s so boring without you
You break my heart, you play with my soul

And I don’t mind, let people laugh at me
But as soon as I fall asleep, my bunny-bunny-bunny
You’re right here, and I grow wings on my back
And flying above  the ground, I’m dreaming only about one thing

Song for the “Russebus”, “Atlantis”, by Alexander Rybak. April 27th 2011

Alexander Rybak made the song “Atlantis” for one of the “Russebuss” in May 2011

Music: Alexander Rybak. Lyrics: Alexander Rybak

Original song-lyrics by Alexander in Norwegian. As heard, by Tessa La:

Atlantis!

Atlantis!

Jeg vet et sted hvor festen aldri dør, de danser hele natten

Der er en buss med firogtjue babes, og de er over 18.

Med neon lys de drar deg inn i paradis

I en vill fantasi – mitt hjerte banker for ATLANTIS by!

Kom se min bortgjemte by Og du vil fødes på ny

For jeg er din fantasi I ATLANTIS by

Så bare glem alt av tid og sted, og la moralen flyte

De er som sagt fireogtjue babes, og det er bare å nyte!

Med neon lys de drar deg inn i paradis

I en vill fantasi – mitt hjerte banker for ATLANTIS by!

Kom se min bortgjemte by Og du vil fødes på ny

For jeg er din fantasi I ATLANTIS by

“Hei gutter, er dere klare for å være med ned i dypet?”

“Det kan bli vått, så ta med ekstra klær”

“Jeg er våt allerede. På sokkene”

Atlantis aha aha a!

Atlantis aha aha a!

Atlantis!

Kom se min bortgjemte by ATLANTIS MADDAFAKKAAA

Og du vil fødes på ny For jeg er din fantasi I ATLANTIS by

Kom se min bortgjemte by Og du vil fødes på ny

For jeg er din fantasi I ATLANTIS by
