1. Swedish lyrics

Lyrics: Mats Paulson

Hörde du sommarens vind dra förbi?
Kände du solen mot kinden?
Fjärilens vingar i ditt drömmeri.
Somnade du under linden?

Hörde du porlande vårvinterns älv
borta i milsvida skogen?

“The listening flower”

Did you hear the wind of summer pass by?
Did you feel the sun against your cheek?
The butterfly’s wings in your dreams.
Did you fall asleep under the linden tree?

Did you hear the purling river of early spring
far away in the vast forest?
The wind harp is playing a verse for itself
by the desert farm and the plow.

Did you hear the song from the time of years of life?
Surely you sang in the refrain?
It was a long time ago, now you rest in peace
a shining flower in the meadow.

3. German translation

To było dawno temu, teraz odpoczywasz w spokoju
Kwiecie błyszczący pośród łąki.

6. Greek translation

Ακουσες τον καλοκαιρινό άνεμο να περνά;
‘Ενιωσες τον ήλιο στο μάγουλό σου;
Αποκοιμήθηκες κάτω απ’ τη φλαμουριά;

μακρυά στο τεράστιο δάσος;

‘Aκουσες το τραγούδι από την εποχή των χρόνων της ζωής;
Σίγουρα τραγούδησες το ρεφραίν;

8. Croatian translation

by Karolina Pavlov

“Cvijet koji sluša”

Čuješ li ljetni vjetar kako prolazi?
Osjećaš li sunce na svojim obrazima?
Leptirova krila u svojim snovima.
Spavaš li pod lipom?

Čuješ li šum rijeke u rano proljeće
daleko, u ogromnoj šumi?
Harfa vjetra svira stih za sebe
po pustinjskim farmama i poljima.

Čuješ li pjesmu vremena svog života?
Sigurno pjevaš refren?
Bilo je to davno, sada počivaj u miru
sjajni cvijete na livadi.

  5. @ Julia I’m sorry, I forgot :p
The title of the song means: Το λουλούδι που ακούει.

    “Ascultarea floare”

    1. Dear khanhlynk, I understand that you like to make subs for Alexander’s music. But he never performed this song anywhere, so the uploading of the sound to Youtube is a stealing, as you need to rip-off the mp3 file from his CD to have a sound for your video. Please, if you respect him as an artist and also if you want him to earn some money on his music, please, don’t upload the whole song to Youtube, where millions of people can just take the music for free from your video!
Hope you understand my point, which is also a point of any facebookie and Alexander himself.
      Thank you.

I translated the parts in past tense to present, I hope that doesn’t change in some way the meaning of the song.. 🙂
